The loooong awaited Blood Blokes #3 is released TODAY after a successful debut at Toronto Comic Arts Festival last weekend.
The latest issue of Adam Cadwell’s slacker vampire comedy is now available in both print and digital editions from the Great Beast store.
Issue 3 features 26 pages of story and back-up illustrations by Tula Lotay, Josceline Fenton, Priscilla Tramontano and Sammy Borras.
We’ve got all 3 copies in at Travelling Man Manchester and I just read the new issue, HIGHLY recommended!

Reblogging, as this really resonated with me today!
Doodling again now that I’ve finished my roughs for the new book. Saga is brilliant. Lying Cat is brilliant.
Fiona Staples did a signing at our shop last year just before Thought Bubble and she drew me a lovely sketch of The Stalk from this comic. I probably gibbered like a pratt, I always do when we run signings. But she was extremely lovely and I adore her artwork for this comic!
Sketchdump! Been busy working on another book (I’ll be able to post about it in June) so here are some recent sketchy doodle things that I MUST do something with after I’ve met all my deadlines.
Image 3 and 4 are just me messing around. 1 is going to be the cast from Bad Machinery. 2 is the new design for Karai from TMNT, last one is that SuperChappy guy.

Annie In The Forest, Part 1.
My final copies of Annie in the Forest arrived! This is a 32 page mini-comic set between chapters 31 and 32, when Annie ran away from the Court and spent the summer in the forest.
I’ve been wanting to make extra comics for a long time now, and I’m happy that they came out so great! Along with Part 2, I’ll also be doing other comics based on Gunnerkrigg Court characters and stories that don’t really fit into the main story line and I hope to eventually collect them all into a volume that I print myself, hopefully with the help of Kickstarter. That’s all in the future though, but in the meantime, I’ll have these copies of Annie in the forest Part 1 this month at the MCM convention in London where they will be exclusively available!
But don’t worry, after that I’ll be putting the comic on-line for everyone to read in a separate section of my site and I also hope to get copies sent over to Topatoco for people who want to buy the individual issues.
I hope you all enjoy it!
What’s going on? My money doesn’t fit through this screen for some reason. Help!

Almond and Peridot.
And, you guessed it, another Kickstarter plug! We’re currently less than $800 away from our next stretch goal!
One of the most beautiful webcomics out there.
